With the exit forced open, the cyborg grabs Kyuin and slams her skull into the returning Senor Pink, who is merely glad no genuine old lady ever needed help. Punches keep raining on Franky, who stays unbothered, and when Kyuin proclaims herself the plant's ruler, a kiss abruptly ends her rant, leaving her and the surrounding dwarves stunned. She turns bashful at once, insisting Franky own up and become her boyfriend, while Pink waves her off as a green girl and frames the bout as a duel between two heartbreakers, sending the watching fangirls swooning over both.

The view cuts to the stone giant cursing Zoro for letting Robin's group escape and vowing no survivors. As that party gains the first floor, Leo learns from Maujii that Mansherry is gone from the plant and likely caged near Doflamingo in the palace, and King Riku reasons the Warlord will keep her alive because her healing power serves him as much as it serves them. Atop the King's Plateau, the climbing mob unnerves Usopp while Viola and Doldo stay composed. Tank Lepanto throttles the newly arrived Kin'emon until Usopp steps in, and Kanjuro's drawn ladders let the crowd ascend, driving him toward seppuku just as Viola pinpoints the princess.

Set in the Dressrosa Arc, the episode debuts Mansherry alongside Nekomimi Punch, Omutsu Bakudan, Franky Southland Suplex, and the Nipple Light Special. A teardrop from the captive forms the closing To Be Continued card. The adaptation adds Maujii's frantic hunt, the dwarves describing Mansherry to Franky before Kyuin interrupts, Usopp sketching her likeness, an extended nutcracker brawl, a gag of Kyros walking as though his severed leg remained, and extra palace interior during the search.
