The moment the mob lays hands on him, Usopp glimpses the captain's aura and looses his Great Black Kabuto. He has reckoned with a slight tailwind, packed two powder boosters for reach, and rigged the wrapping to peel away so the round lands true, sure that even a near miss would scar Sugar's memory. The projectile arrives shaped like the dreadful face that first toppled her, and she faints anew, reverting the giant nutcrackers to human form. Tied up yet unharmed, Usopp draws Viola's praise as she confirms Luffy and Law have at last reached Doflamingo, with Bellamy out cold and Trebol nearby. Asked why they have arrived, the two answer that they intend to take him down.

Part of the Dressrosa Arc, the entry debuts Usopp's Super Grow Up and Bagworm. The adaptation lets the sniper voice his nerves mid-aim and stretches Sugar's encounter, playing her as a falsely sweet little girl rather than the manga's purely menacing figure. It also envisions the miss, showing the captain turned into a toy modeled on the "Giant Luffy Bomber" from a Chopper Man omake. Once it lands, the face-shaped round, revealed as Kanjuro's drawing, sinks into the wall.
