Far away in Mary Geoise, Sakazuki storms at the Five Elders over the morning's staged deception, only to be cut down and reminded that his pride means nothing to them. A breathless report then lands: Doflamingo has fallen and Dressrosa lies in ruin, news that leaves both the Fleet Admiral and the Gorosei stunned.

The announcement spreads like wildfire. Kings surrender for lack of weapons, crews mourn their cut supply lines, and a gang furious over losing its SMILE shipments stabs at the newspaper photos of the two captains. On a quiet sky island, a recovering Urouge senses an enormous horned figure approaching. Aboard their own ships, Bonney and the rookie alliance of Kid, Killer, Apoo, and Hawkins read the headlines, the latter group relieved that Luffy and Law hunt Kaidou rather than their own quarry, Shanks.

Kyros formally dissolves the anti-Doflamingo dwarf army and salutes them as guardians of the island. Sakazuki clashes with the Five Elders, who throw Kuzan's defection to Blackbeard in his face. The worldwide fallout of the warlord's loss is shown across kingdoms, crews, and criminal gangs. A giant silhouette, later revealed as Kaidou, looms over Urouge's island.
