Finally, They Clash - Emperor vs. Straw Hats

Within the Mirro-World, Katakuri keeps the pressure on Luffy, who admits he still cannot read the future the way his opponent can even as he strains to predict the next strike. Out on the Sunny, Big Mom demands her cake, and when Jinbe insists it is not aboard she refuses to believe him, certain her son would never lie to her. As Perospero realizes in panic that she has recalled her own threat, the Emperor begins tearing the ship apart, only for the crew to band together and beat her back into the water before she comes roaring back for more.

Big Mom unleashes her Cognac attack, which Jinbe holds off briefly before being thrown clear, then she targets the very room where Carrot rests below deck. Nami tries to intervene and is swatted aside, saved only by Chopper's Guard Point, prompting the Emperor to vow she will add both Chopper and Brook to her collection once she eats. Prometheus sets the sail ablaze, but Jinbe returns to douse it with a sea current and lands a Fish-Man Karate blow to her gut, knocking her overboard before Zeus catches her. When she pursues again, Nami nearly lures Zeus away until he resists and tries to electrocute her, only for Brook to stride unharmed through the lightning, ask to see Big Mom's panties, and slice Zeus with Yahazu Giri, letting Nami discharge the cloud's power straight into the Emperor.

The adaptation lengthens the footage of Luffy laboring to elevate his Observation Haki. It also inserts reactions from Daifuku and Smoothie as Perospero panics over Big Mom remembering her threat, and shows Daifuku stunned when Jinbe blocks the Cognac strike. After Chopper's Guard Point halts the Emperor, her declaration that she will claim both Chopper and Brook is given fresh emphasis in the anime version.
