To the Levely - The Straw Hats' Sworn Allies Come Together

The Dressrosa and Prodence ships sail together for the Levely, with Rebecca and the Tontatta buzzing over the article about Luffy. When pirates fire a torpedo from a submerged sub, Koby dives in to redirect it while Helmeppo disables the vessel and frees the kidnapped Princess Komane. Spotting Luffy's photo on Rebecca's paper, Koby tears up and remembers how the future Pirate King upended his life. A flashback traces his days as a captive of the Alvida Pirates, Luffy's barrel escape, their rescue of Zoro at Shells Town, and the staged punch that let Koby finally enlist with the Marines. Worldwide, the Emperors and rival captains react sharply to the rookie's rise.

Sakazuki rages over Komane's abduction from the Lulusia Kingdom ship. Koby and Helmeppo save the royal convoy, and Rebecca coaxes the bashful officer into admitting his bond with Luffy. The flashback recaps the Romance Dawn events that set Koby on the path to justice. In the present, an enraged Kaidou questions why Luffy ventured into Big Mom's waters, Big Mom scoffs at the claim that Luffy beat her, and Blackbeard judges it too soon to call him an Emperor. Shanks alone smiles, sensing a reunion draws near. Aboard the Sunny, Luffy weeps believing his bounty fell, until Brook reveals it actually climbed to 1.5 billion Berries.

Anime-only material includes Rebecca showing Viola the article, Helmeppo's attack on the submarine, Big Mom's on-screen fury, and Blackbeard activating his darkness powers. The scenes of Sakazuki receiving the kidnapping report and Rebecca approaching her grandfather are extended. In this version Rebecca stands beside Viola when the pirates spot them, and the abductors mention intending to seize Rebecca as well.
