Ahead of the looming Fire Festival, Orochi stages a feast at his mansion and tells his guests to dance and drink with abandon. Well beyond Wano's coastline, the guns answering to Kaidou fail to sink Big Mom's ship, which forces its way past seven blockades before Queen throws up a last defensive wall. That final barrier crumbles under Big Mom's Ikoku strike, which also knocks out Queen's surveillance, and the ship starts hauling itself up the waterfall toward the country. Furious, Kaidou declares total war on Linlin's whole crew.

This episode's glittering To Be Continued card sparkles before it disappears. The adaptation folds in Raizo reassuring Luffy that Tama is fine, shots of Linlin's crew punching through Kaidou's defensive lines, Queen barking orders from a monitor, King leaving Onigashima and changing form, and Galette's attempt to bring him down from the sky. It further reveals that Big Mom had been standing atop a giant carp before she slipped into the whirlpool, adds a moment where Usopp and Franky bump into Law and the cook, and gives Franky a fresh hairstyle to hide his face. Where print shows Kaidou rattled and snapping at his subordinates, here he stays calm and battle-ready, his war cry answered with cheers. The anime also lets Sanji drop Page One with Diable Jamble instead of an ordinary kick. Asashichi debuts, and the Pteranodon model of the Ryu Ryu no Mi belonging to King is introduced.
