Bounties Pirates

The Bounties Pirates are a non-canon band who schemed to assassinate the assembled monarchs of the Levely with poison gas bombs. They hold ties to the Beasts Pirates, and their rank-and-file members are marked by purple vests, red chest sashes, and checkered black-and-white caps.

The crew's might rests on its two captains, both Paramecia users whose threat drew the notice of the Emperor Kaidou and alarmed the kings gathered at the Levely. The scheme grew from Bounty's obsession with claiming the largest reward in history, a staggering hundred-billion figure. He and his brother enlisted Caesar Clown to build the gas bombs, with Prize seizing the scientist's heart to bend him to their will. When their captive was snatched away by Igaram Jr., the crew gave chase and collided with the Straw Hat Pirates.

Bounty carries one of the heaviest bounties in the series and co-leads with his brother Prize, whose Devil Fruit lets him steal and hurl hearts. During the climax the Straw Hats wrecked the crew's cannons, and Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji beat Bounty down, but Prize still launched a gas bomb at the kings' escape ship. With Crocodile, Daz Bones, Duval, and Buggy's Delivery lending a hand, Luffy entered Gear 4 and pounded Bounty aside before knocking Prize out, halting the bomb just short of its target.
