The Jellyfish Pirates are a small pirate band introduced in the film One Piece Film: Red. Captained by Eboshi, they travel to Uta's concert with a kidnapping scheme in mind, only to be swept up in the chaos of the Uta World.
This crew exists outside the main canon, appearing solely in the feature film One Piece Film: Red. Eboshi leads the group, and at least two named hands sail under him. Their banner shows a skull trailing tentacles, a clear nod to the sea creature they take their name from.
The band shows up on Elegia for the singer Uta's performance, scheming to seize her and demand a ransom. Once they piece together that she is the child of Shanks, their greed only sharpens, and they rush the stage. There they tangle with both the Big Mom Pirates and the Straw Hat Pirates while trying to grab her, but Uta personally halts the two crews together.
Later, when Koby and Blueno assemble fighters to break free of the trapped Uta World, the Jellyfish band signs on to a brief truce alongside the other stranded pirates. They take cover in Elegia's wreckage and join the closing struggle against Uta and Tot Musica. After winning their freedom, the crew turns into devoted admirers, dancing along to her songs as they play through a Den Den Mushi.
