Kaginote

Tall and lean, Kaginote stands out for his pink skin, drawn-out neck, and a sharply pointed nose set above thin, slitted eyes. Jellyfish-tendril markings trail from his neck down his right arm, and a separate tattoo marks his left hand. His outfit pairs a black v-neck top with frilled-cuff purple trousers, a brown belt and matching metal-tipped shoes, hoop earrings, gold bracelets, and a magenta cap reading UTA. A black mask covers his face, and a pale blue swath of cloth shaped like a jellyfish dangles at his hip. For the showdown with Uta he is outfitted in a dark combat costume.

Loyalty to his captain Eboshi defines him. Indifferent to Uta's singing, he readily backed the scheme cooked up with Eboshi and Hanagasa to seize the performer, and he showed no nerves squaring off against the Straw Hats. Once the true stakes became clear, however, Kaginote set his crew's ambitions aside and pitched in to keep Uta from sealing herself and her listeners inside Uta World.

During Uta's concert, Kaginote and his crewmates moved to grab the singer after her opening number, only to find Charlotte Oven and Charlotte Brulee chasing the same goal. The Straw Hats intervened to shield Uta, and Brook knocked Kaginote and several Jellyfish Pirates aside. Uta then turned the meddlers into part of a song, pinning Kaginote, his crew, and the two Charlottes to a musical staff. After Koby and Nico Robin realized the trapped fighters could be released by singing the notes beneath their heads, Brook freed himself and his allies, and the Jellyfish Pirates struck a truce with the Straw Hats, SWORD, CP0, and the Big Mom Pirates. Kaginote took part in the climactic battle against Uta and the summoned Tot Musica, gaining his combat outfit in the process. Once everyone escaped Uta World, he and his crew became Uta fans, dancing to her broadcast over a Den Den Mushi.
