This maritime transport firm is run by Umit, a heavyweight of the Underworld. Operating out of a harbor on an unnamed island, it moves all manner of goods through the New World using a fleet of cargo vessels. Each hull carries the company emblem, a horned, stylized bicorne fronted by an anchor, a nod to the hat its own boss wears. Because its president is such a prominent Underworld figure, the operation almost certainly trafficks in illicit freight as well as legitimate shipments.

The company's core business is carrying merchandise by sea. The Marines count among its known customers, having relied on it to bring construction supplies to Egghead four years before the present day as part of Vegapunk's lab expansion. It also handles food deliveries bound for Mary Geoise, a contract that turned its headquarters into a target when the Revolutionary Army moved to choke off those supply lines. Laffitte watched the fallout of that strike from a distance while setting something in motion under Blackbeard's orders.

Umit himself presides over the whole enterprise. Fifteen years ago he rode the cultural wave surrounding the island of Elbaph, managing at one port to sell off a handful of cedar trees taken from there. As a high-profile guest, he attended Big Mom's Tea Party during the Whole Cake Island arc, marking the company's debut in the story before its later prominence in the Final Saga.
