Titled "A New Morning," this chapter has the Five Elders absorb news of Joy Boy's return, follows a week of healing peace in Wano with burials planned for the fallen, and ends as fresh bounties circulate while Admiral Ryokugyu drifts toward the island from above.
Briefed by the surviving CP0 agent, the Five Elders weigh two developments out of Wano: Nika's appearance and how Kaidou alongside Big Mom fell in the Onigashima raid. Saturn notes such news cannot be buried. The agent Joseph, back with the World Government fleet beyond Wano, reports that Zunesha has departed, which the Elders read as proof the borders stay sealed. Nusjuro orders Joseph to seize Nico Robin, yet a mysterious voice jams the line and commands the fleet to hold position, promising to arrive soon.
Within Onigashima's castle, X Drake comes upon a barely standing Basil Hawkins, who admits he served Kaidou out of certain death and confesses that the man he once foresaw with only a one percent chance of surviving the raid was himself, before fainting. Seven days after the Fire Festival, a new teacher replaces Sarahebi and rewrites Wano's history lessons around Kouzuki Oden's life, while citizens enjoy clean water and plentiful food and speak of the mysterious Joy Boy who beat Kaidou.
At Ringo's graveyard, Kawamatsu and Kin'emon plan a temple honoring Oden, the fallen Daimyo, Ashura Doji, and Izou, with Onimaru and Marco present. Recovered at last, Luffy and Zoro fail to recognize the grown Momonosuke, and the crew, Kouzuki Family, and allies bathe together at the castle onsen before celebrating the Kouzuki return. Elsewhere Franky, Usopp, and Minatomo mend the ships, Apoo delivers a newspaper trumpeting new bounties, and Ryokugyu flies near Wano speaking with Sakazuki, who warns him against stirring trouble.
Joseph reports the raid to the Five Elders, but an unknown party cuts into CP0's transmission, commanding the ships to hold their position while jamming the directive to capture Robin. Zunesha's departure signals to the Elders that Wano remains closed. The injured Drake and Hawkins discuss the latter's predictions and betrayal, with Hawkins revealing he himself was the one given a one percent survival chance. A week after the battle, Sarahebi is gone and a new teacher prepares to teach Wano's true history. Izou and Ashura Doji are confirmed dead, their weapons moved to Ringo for burial. The Straw Hats, Kouzuki Family, and others share the castle onsen; in a harbor, Franky, Usopp, and Minatomo repair three vessels: the Polar Tang, the Victoria Punk, and the Thousand Sunny. Apoo and Inbi arrive with the bounty newspaper, and Ryokugyu nears Wano by air, using a large flower on his back to fly.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
On the cover, Vol. 14 of the Germa 66's Ahh... An Emotionless Excursion serial, subtitled around a scientist who fails to get away, shows Caesar Clown observing the siblings as they flee. At Luffy's request before passing out, Momonosuke withheld Luffy's name from the public, so the citizens credit Joy Boy for the victory instead. The new teacher's design draws on Showa-era actor Torazo Hirosawa. It was Apoo who let news of the raid slip to the wider world, and he claims the Four Emperors now have new members.
