Pants from Franky House

Still smarting over their bounties, the newly wanted Straw Hats grumble: Chopper hates his tiny sum, Nami assumed her photographer worked for a paper, and Sanji fumes over the crude sketch standing in for his face. At Marine Headquarters, the photographer admits Sanji's shot never developed because he left the lens cap on. Back in Water 7, the crew finds the Galley-La workers collapsed beside a draped, towering object. Luffy calls for Franky, but Iceburg wakes instead and presents their new ship, which he dubs the King of All Beasts.

The sheet falls to reveal a huge lion-headed sloop fitted with every modification the crew requested. After the tour, Iceburg notes Franky would make the ideal shipwright but is too attached to the island, suggesting they force his hand. At the ruined Franky House, Zambai pushes his boss to join the voyage, but Franky refuses and boasts he can fight off the Marines. The family then swipes his underwear, and a frantic, exposed Franky chases it through Water 7 amid the locals' horror until it lands in Luffy's grasp. The pursuit drags him all the way to Scrap Island, where, after thanking him for the ship, Luffy offers a deal: he gets his underwear back only by joining the crew.

The Thousand Sunny debuts here unnamed, called the King of All Beasts at its unveiling. The chapter details how bounty photos are produced, including tricking the target as with Nami or using a sketch when no picture exists as with Sanji, and explains that Chopper's low bounty reflects the government dismissing him as the crew's pet. Vivre Card data places the Sunny's completion on March 25th.
