Chapter 477

Robin clamps Moria in place with her many-armed Ochenta Fleur while Oars puzzles over why his stretching has stopped and Usopp thanks her for the rescue. Moria scoffs that nothing so simple will hold him, then materializes at Robin's back with Brick Bat, leaving her to throw up a Veinte Fleur shield. The cloud of shadow bats buries her, and she drops, until a livid Sanji wipes them out with a storm of kicks. Their shadows knit into a copy of Moria behind Robin; startled, she still forces her attention onto the warlord's true body, aware the double falls the moment he does.

Robin disables the genuine Moria with Cuatro Mano: Clutch and the crew starts to cheer, but he reappears behind her, boasting that his fruit lets him trade places with the double whenever he likes. Crowing that he has won the long game, he tears out her shadow and knocks her cold. Sanji's flaming Diable Jambe lashes out, yet Moria has already swapped back into Oars, whose stretch returns at once. As the giant moves to finish the downed Robin, Sanji deflects the blow. Chopper, who has been examining the corpse this whole time, reveals that an external cause killed Oars five centuries ago: he froze to death, and the joint of his right arm took severe frostbite, making it the giant's flaw. Sanji and Chopper drive a combined aerial kick into that very arm; Oars sneers that it will not work, but Chopper warns the accumulated harm will catch up. Oars then mows them both down with his gatling.

This Thriller Bark Arc installment confirms Moria can switch with his copy instantly, shows he cannot stretch Oars unless he is inside him, has Robin lose her shadow, and exposes the frostbitten right arm as Oars' weakness.
