Justice Will Prevail!!

With the colossal Oars Jr. beaten at last, both armies react: Moria approves of the kill while Whitebeard mourns the loss and bursts forward through the breach the giant's body opened. Doflamingo turns his strings on Atmos, the Whitebeard Pirates' 13th Division commander, twisting the man into striking his own allies. Across the field, Akainu coldly cuts down a Marine who wished to flee to his family, then learns that a secret plan is ready. Garp climbs the platform beside Ace, weeping over the grandson who chose piracy instead of the Navy life mapped out for him. As Koby and Helmeppo realize the Marines mean to kill Ace early, a noisy cluster of bodies drops out of the sky, Luffy and his fellow escapees among them.

Whitebeard demonstrates his Gura Gura no Mi power by slamming a Giant Squad soldier into the Moby Dick's figurehead, knocking out Vice Admiral Lonz. The 13th Division commander Atmos is named, as is the Whitebeard ally Whitey Bay, whose icebreaker cracks a route open for the pirates. Tsuru's washing fruit ability is mentioned, and Sengoku is revealed to be running a deliberate scheme. The chapter closes with Luffy and the entire Impel Down breakout crew finally arriving at the warfront.

The cover continues Nami's segment of the crew's separation serial, with the weather scientist showing her how to summon rain. Sengoku's still hidden plan, hinted by the soldiers clutching Den Den Mushi, sets up the early execution reveal. Garp's flashbacks to a young, defiant Ace anchor the chapter's emotional weight.
