Assassins from Dressrosa

Begging for mercy and even offering Luffy a post in his organization, Caesar is instead struck square in the gut by Gomu Gomu no Grizzly Magnum, which hurls him through the gate into the dark R-66 corridor. Across the New World, the brokers who bankrolled him react with disbelief, anger, and alarm, one resolving to warn Big Mom, another noting that Joker is about to move, and Rob Lucci ordering word spread about the Straw Hat and Heart Pirate alliance.

Most of the crew and the Marines converge on Building R, guided by Usopp through the intercom and shutters. Brook carries the petrified Kin'emon, who fell to the gas chasing a daughter's claim that his son had become a dragon. Law, furious that Luffy knocked Caesar away rather than capturing him, vows to seize the scientist himself.

Off the coast, Doflamingo's agents Baby 5 and Buffalo approach the island. Buffalo's Guru Guru no Mi lets him spin like a fan and clear away the gas, uncovering the tanker and the unconscious Caesar atop it. Doflamingo, contacted by Den Den Mushi, orders them to recover the scientist and return to Dressrosa at once, pleased that with Caesar back he can keep producing SAD.

Their banter reveals Baby 5's tragic past: Doflamingo has killed every man she ever agreed to marry, destroying eight towns, because she cannot refuse anyone who says they need her. She is also buried in debt, owing 98,000,000 Berries. Her Buki Buki no Mi turns her body into weapons, while Buffalo's Guru Guru no Mi makes him a rotation man. As they move to grab Caesar, the robotic General Franky bursts from the wreckage, and Franky mistakes Buffalo for a bird.

The title refers to the two Dressrosa agents. The color spread shows the crew building a clock beneath a French caption about the unnoticed passage of time. Luffy debuts Gomu Gomu no Grizzly Magnum, and both Baby 5 and Buffalo make their first appearances with their Devil Fruit powers disclosed.
