Die for Me

Ambushed by the Franky Shogun, Baby 5 and Buffalo strike back. Taking the robot for a Pacifista, Baby 5 pours a gatling barrage into it that fails to leave a mark, drawing Franky's deadpan General OK pose. He flings off a shoulder pad as a General Shield Boomerang, which Buffalo deflects by whirling Baby 5, now transformed into a sword, at dizzying speed. She next becomes a missile that Buffalo launches at Franky; he dodges the gunfire before the projectile bursts. Close by, the beaten Caesar comes to, frozen in place, and recalls that Smoker's heart is still his, swearing to take the Marine down with him.

In the disintegrating lab, Luffy holds that the crew will not move until every last member is aboard. The G-5 medics, Mocha, Chopper, and Brook sprint clear of Shinokuni and squeeze through the corridor gate just as it shuts. Brook then raises the question of the petrified swordsman Kin'emon, a sight that horrifies Momonosuke, still trapped in dragon form.

Convinced she was out of commission, Doflamingo is startled to hear from Monet. He brings her up to speed on the falls of Vergo and Caesar and apologizes for having treated her harshly. He then points her to a weapon inside the research lab, the same device that destroyed the other two facilities four years earlier, and tells her to throw the switch, which will spare only Caesar while killing every other soul on Punk Hazard.

Monet stops him, replying that she stands at the button already and that leveling the place was her aim from the beginning. Doflamingo bids her a gentle goodbye and tells her to take the whole place down with herself, her loyalty to him unwavering.

The title carries Doflamingo's soft plea to Monet. The color spread gathers the crew, Law, his men, Kin'emon, and Momonosuke, encircled by the age's leading pirates and Marines, marking the first post-timeskip appearances in such art of Shanks, Marshall D. Teach, and Sakazuki. Everyone other than Franky, already outside, climbs into the rail car to escape, a few of Caesar's surviving henchmen tagging along.
