Summary

News of Doflamingo quitting the Warlords and the fresh rookie pacts races across the seas. Arms buyers panic when the Donquixote family stops answering calls, Jewelry Bonney and Jinbe read the reports, and at the Kid Pirates' hideout the crew puzzles over how their own alliance leaked, crediting a journalist named Absa. Kid correctly senses that Luffy and Law are targeting an Emperor and wonders which one.

On Dressrosa, Doflamingo takes Law's call. Luffy barges in shouting threats over Kaesar's treatment of the children, and the former Warlord coolly invites him to come find something in Dressrosa he would do anything to claim. Law reclaims the phone, naming Green Bit as the drop site, and hangs up. Over breakfast Kin'emon recounts the shipwreck that scattered his party and left Kanjuro captured, moving the crew to vow a rescue.

Notes

Law reveals his crew waits at Zou, the very place he meant to visit after Dressrosa, prompting Kin'emon to ask to tag along. Doflamingo's epithet is given as "Heavenly Yaksha". The cover continues the Caribou serial as he curiously doubles back into the country. A continuity slip shows Law's Kikoku briefly bearing the edge pattern of Zoro's Shusui before he enters the Sunny's kitchen.
