Summary
Jorul's strike shatters against Linlin's bare arm, and she hurls the giant hero down, mortally wounding him. The Sheep's House then throws Linlin a sixth birthday tea party with a mountain of semla. Weeping with joy, she gorges herself, but when she looks up to thank everyone, Carmel and all the children have vanished. In the present, Big Mom still cries out at the memory.
