You Can Do It, Caesar!!

Caesar rises from the Whole Cake Chateau with Bege and the others in tow, only for the crew to spring into action at once. Perospero throws up a candy barrier to seal off the getaway, and the three Vinsmoke brothers shatter it so the pair can break through. Down below, Lu Feld reaches the fallen Tamatebako but runs into Stussy, who fires a long-range Shigan into him and reveals herself to be a hidden CP0 operative. She instructs Morgans to pin the chest's loss on Feld, and his slumping body nudges the treasure off its ledge toward the courtyard.

On the rooftop the Emperor confronts Luffy over the vow he once made at Fish-Man Island. Sanji tries to haul him off, yet Luffy tears loose, proclaims he will be Pirate King rather than her victim, and lands a Gear 4 strike before falling back. Judge charges next, but she bites the head off his spear and fells him with Zeus. Niji and Yonji break from escort duty to rush back, leaving Caesar exposed to Katakuri and to a mirror double summoned by Brûlée. Hemmed in by his battered allies, Caesar despairs as the Emperor gleefully promises an execution, just as a massive blast rips through the chateau's foundation.

Stussy shoots Lu Feld and stands exposed as an operative of CP0. Luffy swears he will defeat the Emperor only after he topples Kaidou. Big Mom and her children overpower Luffy, Sanji, and the Vinsmokes, with the Emperor seen wielding Armament Haki and, for the very first occasion on-panel, calling forth Zeus. The Tamatebako strikes the chateau's foundation and bursts apart on landing, tilting the whole structure toward collapse.

This chapter belongs to the Whole Cake Island Arc. The cover's Bartolomeo serial shows the Barto Club peddling Straw Hat merchandise and a Luffy Senpai pin to local thugs at a special rate. Judge brings up that Germa once held sway over the North Blue for sixty-six days some three centuries earlier, recalling the kingdom's faded glory.
