She keeps her blonde hair cropped and curly, has blue eyes, wears red lipstick, and paints her nails red, all set on a slim, faintly curved frame with a large bust. For CP0 work she wears a ruffle-collared white dress, a pink necktie, a matching cape and gloves, fishnet stockings, and a garter belt, occasionally pulling on a fox-shaped hood while operating. At Big Mom's Tea Party she chose a salmon dress with a purple hem and pink diamonds, a small white cape, a flowered sunhat, and ribboned heels, a pink handbag on her arm. Once she turned on CP0 during the Egghead Arc, she switched into a yellow leotard with a hooded pink jacket, DOM Shoes, orange gloves, and an earpiece.

In company she stayed courteous and disliked the insults her fellow Underworld emperors tossed around, yet any reference to her age could turn her violent. A cruel streak hides under that polish, as when she felled Lu Feld and bullied Morgans into inventing a cover story. She is also level-headed and practical, well aware that taking on Kaku and Lucci directly would be folly, and careful to notify Marine Headquarters before risking a clash with an Emperor. Off duty a gentler side shows, since she pitied Kuma's looming loss of free will and came to count Kaku and Lucci as genuine comrades, torn over betraying them. Her nature as a clone with a mind of her own weighs on her, and once Vegapunk died she felt purposeless until Edison talked her out of it.

As a working clone of a onetime Rocks Pirate, Stussy likely carries the original's strength, and her place among CP0's masked agents ranks her with the unit's best fighters. By guile she brought down both Kaku and Lucci, elite operatives she knew she could never defeat in a straight fight. Her willpower carried her through a blast of Big Mom's Supreme King Haki, and as a master infiltrator she rose to Underworld empress while feeding Vegapunk intelligence from within CP0 for two undetected decades. Her body is tremendously powerful, able to drive a single finger thrust clean through a hulking man like Lu Feld from afar, and her speed leaves afterimages that even Lucci failed to follow. She has wholly mastered the Six Powers, deploying the ranged Tobu Shigan, Geppo, and the dodging Kami-e Zanshin, and commands both Armament and Observation Haki. Her Devil Fruit is the Batto Batto no Mi, classed as a Zoan, letting her become a bat or a bat-human hybrid and can bite a target to drain blood and drop them unconscious, even overcoming Awakened Zoan users. She also conceals a small block of Seastone inside a lipstick tube.
