One of Big Mom's '3 Sweet Commanders', Katakuri

As Brook, Chopper, Carrot, and Nami grieve Pedro, Jinbe urges them to hand the weeping over to their foes and stay alert, because the fallen mink's gamble only succeeds if the crew clears Totto Land. His resolve steadies Chopper, who takes the wheel while Nami plots the swiftest course to Cacao Island. From the crow's nest, Carrot sees Big Mom appearing to stride across the water, in truth borne on a shifting candy block shaped by Perospero, who rides Napoleon and plots vengeance for his missing arm. Along the western shore, Zeus and Prometheus drift about, the latter craving fire.

Out at sea, Pound spots his daughter Chiffon soaring past with Sanji and Pudding, but she fails to notice him. She tells Sanji that Lola once served as Minister of Chocolate, a seat left open because Pudding kept declining it in case Lola came home. Sanji coaxes Pudding from her hiding place within Rabiyan's folds, and she lurches between staged disgust and lovestruck fluster as the trio land on Cacao Island. Inside the Mirro-World, the watching crew taunts that Katakuri is the mightiest Sweet Commander. He answers each of Luffy's punches with mochi fists, keeps pace with his Gear 2 speed, and overpowers a Gear 3 Elephant Gun with a colossal fist of his own, slamming Luffy into the wall.

Perospero carries Big Mom across the ocean on candy that holds firm even in seawater. Pound is shown having departed Whole Cake Island. Sanji, Pudding, and Chiffon close in on Cacao Island. Lola is revealed as Totto Land's former Minister of Chocolate, with Pudding next in line yet rejecting the role out of loyalty. The duel between Luffy and Katakuri sharpens, as Katakuri proves able to imitate and amplify Luffy's Gomu Gomu techniques through his own Mochi Mochi no Mi.

The cover continues the Sai arc, where Uholisia beats him after he calls off their engagement, while Chichilisia scolds Chinjao. In its magazine debut the chapter carried a slightly different title naming Katakuri among the three commanders before being revised for the volume edition. Prometheus declares it must eat fire to restore its power.
