As the Bureau's director, Kurouma commands the division and can tap whatever intelligence its research uncovers. His look is modeled on the actor Akira Kobayashi, and his real name nods to the Tensei Coalition; though not an admiral himself, his alias follows the color-and-animal pattern of admiral code names.
