Sailor Titanium Kerokko is a frog-themed Sailor Animamate created for the Sailor Moon stage musicals, an extra villain who widens Shadow Galactica's roster beyond the lineup seen in the anime and manga.
Green dominates her design from head to toe. A frog-shaped top sits above a green skirt, while a black collar, a green choker fitted with two joined dark circles, and black gloves complete the upper half. Galactica bracelets ring her wrists, and her green-and-black boots carry a pattern modeled on frog eggs.
She works mainly as a support attacker within Shadow Galactica's ranks. Alongside Sailor Tin Nyanko and Sailor Pewter Fox she feeds into the combined Galactica Twister, and she adds her strength to Sailor Galactica Attack. On her own she unleashes a move called Dark Power.
The character exists only within the Sera Myu stage productions, first taking the stage in the Sailor Stars musicals. Her name folds two ideas together, chitan, the everyday Japanese shorthand for titanium, a light yet sturdy silvery metal, and kero, the sound tied to frogs. An alternate reading, Sailor Mitis Kerokko, points to mitis, a term for a workable iron alloy. Two performers took the part, Haruko Yamaguchi from 1996 into 1997 and Megumi Wakamatsu in 1997.
