Vol.6 Showdown! Sailor V vs Cyber-Girl Warrior Lurga

A brand-new combat game titled Cyber Girl Warrior Lurga becomes an instant sensation, and Minako Aino repeatedly fails to get her hands on a copy. Her bad luck proves fortunate, since anyone who plays the game grows hot-tempered and lashes out in sudden brawls. Once Boss reveals the fad as another Dark Agency operation, Sailor V confronts Lurga and is dragged inside the game world. With Gurikazu Amano steering from the outside, she overcomes the villain and smashes the machine apart.

A jarring wake-up sends Minako sprinting toward school, pausing only to beat up some older kids picking on younger ones as Sailor V. She arrives late anyway, drawing Artemis's blame for her all-night gaming habit. Hikaru Sorano admits she could not buy the sought-after Lurga game, and Gurikazu Amano reveals that the arcade already stocks it. Meanwhile, Natsuna Sakurada threatens to fire Toshio for leaning on the heroine, and Danburite checks in with Lurga, who promises a rich haul of human energy.

At the game center, Motoki Furuhata warns Minako the title is so immersive that players actually feel each hit. She watches Lurga strike a competitor, sparking an impatient crowd into a fistfight she flees. A grateful Minako accepts a spare copy from Gurikazu, but that night her mother yanks the headset away, only for both parents to start quarreling after playing it themselves. By morning the whole school is at each other's throats, and Boss confirms the game is the agency's latest weapon.

Gurikazu, having bought one of the game's circuit boards, leads Minako to his surprisingly wealthy home. When he powers the machine on, Lurga materializes in the flesh, so Minako ducks into a closet, disguises herself, ushers him out, and becomes Sailor V. Lurga laughs off the threat and pulls her into the game, where she cannot move on her own. Gurikazu breaks back in, grabs the helmet, and pilots her actions, letting Sailor V overpower Lurga and finish her with Crescent Beam. Freed and furious, she splits the machine with a Sailor V Chop that blows out part of the apartment, then bolts before Toshio can seize her at the scene.

The chapter introduces Cyber Girl Warrior Lurga and debuts the Sailor V Chop alongside another use of Crescent Beam. In the original tankoubon printing, this act closed out the first collected volume. Usagi Tsukino and Naru Osaka reappear following Danburite's talk with Lurga, and Rei Hino turns up in a brief cameo after the game center scene.
