Yogumunt

Aged and gray-haired, Yogumunt had eyes of a pale red, with a red mark shaped like a blob on his chest. His attire consisted of a ragged hooded cloak in blackish purple, a bone-colored mask of pale yellow worn across his mouth, and a pair of metallic horns jutting from his upper back. Whenever he grew agitated or drew on his magic, those eyes shifted to a pinkish-purple glow.

Like many of his kind, Yogumunt regarded humans as a feeble, lesser breed, sneering at Sung Il-Hwan as a weakling not even worth fighting. Yet for all the pride he took in his standing, he kept enough clear-headed sense to admit that he could never defeat Jinwoo without Antares backing him up.

While Sillad hunted the Rulers in America, Yogumunt found him and reported that one of them had surfaced in Korea. The two were ambushed by Il-Hwan before they could move, though his attempt to slay them both failed. Later, when Sillad pressed his fellow Monarchs for aid in killing Jinwoo before he stopped being human, Yogumunt flatly turned him down, unwilling to risk sharing Baran's fate. After Jinwoo wiped out the three Monarchs sent against him in Korea, Yogumunt sought out Antares to warn that the Shadow Monarch had turned traitor.

During Antares' invasion of the human world, Yogumunt joined the assault and tried to overwhelm Jinwoo by tearing open countless portals to pour in the dragon army. The scheme collapsed when Jinwoo froze every one of Antares' minions, Yogumunt included, with Dragon's Fear, after which Jinwoo used Shadow Exchange to whisk himself and Antares away to a remote Japanese island, leaving Yogumunt's immediate fate uncertain. Later, once Jinwoo had the Rulers rewind time with the Cup of Reincarnation, he began picking off the Monarchs across the chaos world one by one. Two years on, with only Yogumunt and Antares left, Jinwoo faced Yogumunt alone and struck him down with ease.
