Standing tall, with dark skin and a curvy build, Jackie has straight dark hair cut to chin length, full lips, and brown eyes. She dresses in a low-cut, long-sleeved dark-brown top with fitted trousers and knee-high boots.

Quiet and unassuming at first, Jackie tended to fade into the background, stepping forward mainly to break up quarrels among her fellow Fullbringers. Beneath that calm lay real depth of feeling: she would sooner give her own life than let someone kind to her die, as she showed with Renji Abarai, a near-stranger she chose to save. She has little tolerance for pointless risk and refused to keep pushing Ichigo Kurosaki once his training turned dangerous. Alone among Xcution's untainted members, she outright hated her own power, and in a fight she relies on kicks rather than punches, the better to keep her boots dirty.

As a girl, Jackie received her first gift from her father, a pair of leather boots most likely stolen, which she cherished and kept spotless without letting on that she suspected their origin. That happiness shattered when she came home to find her entire family murdered, killed because her father had been moving goods on the black market. Her brother's blood became the first stain on those boots, and her Fullbring awakened soon after. She later met Shukuro Tsukishima and Kugo Ginjo and was drawn, alongside Riruka, Yukio, and Giriko, into Xcution, bound by a pact to share one another's powers.

Her Fullbring, Dirty Boots, activated when she rubbed her boots together, extending them up her legs and conjuring armor, a scarf, and a hat. The dirtier they grew, whether from mud or blood, the harder she could strike, enough to split the ground with a stomp, and she could detonate the power in a ruinous blast at the cost of losing it entirely. After Kugo passed her a share of Ichigo's stolen strength, an enhanced version added exhaust pipes that coated her in a black, armor-like sludge and sharpened her speed and force. During the plot to seize Ichigo's Fullbring she sparred with him in training and later fought Renji Abarai. Carried through Yukio's dimension by Renji, who would not kill her, she gave herself up so he could escape; she survived, but her Fullbring did not, and she came to envy the fallen Giriko for dying with his power intact.
