Summary

A broadcast opens with psychic Santa Dodoria giving a celebrity reading and being corrected at every turn; afterward the psychic walks part of the way home, fearing the cab driver could be endangered. Back at the crisis, the Turbo Granny-possessed Okarun nearly devours Momo before her grandmother bursts in and sets the spirit ablaze. The old woman reveals barriers sealing both herself and the yokai, vows to kill Turbo Granny when it scoffs, then thrashes it with a bat and plants a charm nail. Momo later wakes, panics over Okarun, and is stunned to hear the spirit was slain; she apologizes for once branding her grandmother a fraud and races to the shrine, where Okarun lives. The grandmother admits she lied to tease her, explains the shrine smothers his curse, and warns that Turbo Granny has merged with the tunnel's earthbound spirit and turned far stronger. Momo refuses to back off, invoking Ken Takakura, so her grandmother agrees to train the pair to beat the spirit through tag and draw it beyond Shono City's limits to sap its strength. Okarun apologizes for seeming weak against the Flatwoods Monster, and Momo tells him he did well and that saving him is fine by her. Finally the grandmother sees the celebrity's secrets exposed on the news, confirming her reading.
