Quitela is the God of Destruction of Universe 4, an anthropomorphic mouse who compensates for his small stature with cunning schemes and underhanded strategies. He is served by his angel attendant Cognac.
Quitela oversees Universe 4 and is known among the Gods of Destruction for his devious, calculating nature. He has a personal rivalry with Beerus, the Destroyer of Universe 7, and the two share a mutual dislike. Despite his laziness and fondness for junk food and video games, Quitela is a shrewd strategist who should not be underestimated.
In the lead-up to the Tournament of Power, Quitela conspires with Sidra of Universe 9 in an attempt to assassinate Frieza before the tournament begins. This plot fails, but it demonstrates Quitela's willingness to operate through deception rather than direct confrontation. His approach to the tournament itself reflects this philosophy, as he relies on hidden fighters and ambush tactics rather than raw power.
Quitela's team in the Tournament of Power includes several fighters with unusual or concealment-based abilities, reflecting his preference for misdirection. Despite being the God of Destruction, he once lost an arm-wrestling match to Beerus, though he did manage to beat Beerus in a video game. Universe 4 is eventually erased during the tournament, though Quitela and all erased universes are later restored by Android 17's wish.
