Frieza Transforms

Gohan and Krillin stare in confusion as Frieza prepares to change forms. Vegeta explains that certain beings transform either to blend in with weaker species or to conserve their energy. Frieza offers his own reason: he transforms to keep himself under control. Vegeta dismisses this, insisting the change will not make much difference.

Frieza responds with a pointed remark, noting that he was able to destroy Vegeta's father, King Vegeta, without ever needing to transform. Vegeta fires back, claiming he surpassed his father's power when he was still a child. Frieza says nothing more. He blows off his Battle Armor in a burst of energy, and Vegeta mockingly asks if that is the extent of his transformation.

Power Over One Million

The real change begins. Frieza's ki surges, as Krillin immediately notices. His body stretches taller and grows far more muscular, and the horns on his head shift upward into sharp points. Vegeta is visibly shaken; he had not expected the physical transformation to be this dramatic. Frieza announces that in this form, his power level surpasses one million.

Vegeta accuses him of lying, but Frieza powers up to prove the point. The resulting shockwave throws everyone backward. Krillin takes a hit from flying debris while the others manage to dodge. Frieza congratulates them on their reflexes, then casually notes that the blast was only a fraction of what he can do. He calls Vegeta pathetic and begins deciding who to kill first.

Krillin Impaled

The decision comes swiftly. Frieza charges directly at Krillin, moving so fast that no one can react. He drives his left horn straight through Krillin's body, impaling him in a single strike. Dende, who had been clinging to Krillin, falls free but is unharmed. Gohan watches in fury, his rage building at the sight of his wounded friend. Vegeta stands frozen, stunned by the sheer speed Frieza demonstrated.
