Amikam Mandelman has been the Hebrew voice of Vegeta, Ox-King, and King Yemma since Dragon Ball first aired in Israel, becoming a familiar presence across the entire franchise in that language. He also provided voices for Emperor Pilaf and Giru in Dragon Ball GT, plus numerous background characters throughout all Dragon Ball shows and films in Hebrew.
