Robert Ray Carter voiced several major Dragon Ball characters, most notably the villain Bojack in the film Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound, reprising the role in video games. He also provided the voice of Syn Shenron (Baby), the demon villain of Dragon Ball GT, across both anime and games including Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and 3. In Dragon Ball, he voiced characters including Drum, Otokoski, Zaacro, and various minor figures across multiple episodes.
