Norio Wakamoto

Norio Wakamoto's performance as Cell stands as a masterclass in villain voice work. He brought aristocratic menace and barely restrained hunger to every line, making Cell feel genuinely dangerous yet oddly sophisticated; this duality became the character's defining trait throughout Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and the remade Dragon Ball Z Kai.
