Toshinobu Ooi authored screenplays for several pivotal Dragon Ball GT episodes, including the early arc episodes 14-15 and the crucial closing episodes 53-54 and 58-59. His Dragon Ball Z credits include episode 233, while he also penned episode 117 of Dragon Ball Z Kai.
