Haim Saban

Saban served as producer for Dragon Ball Z's Ocean Group dub, contributing to the creation of the memorable theme 'Rock the Dragon' in collaboration with Shuki Levy and Ron Wasserman. Though credited under the pseudonym Kussa Mahchi for much of his Saban Entertainment work, his involvement was pivotal in establishing the audio identity for the English adaptation that introduced the series to North American audiences.

Beyond Dragon Ball, Saban is best known as founder of Saban Entertainment, which produced music and sound for numerous animated series including Digimon, Spider-Man, and the original Power Rangers. An Egyptian-born Israeli American entrepreneur, Saban began his career in music as a bass player and manager in the 1960s before moving into production and later media ownership, eventually amassing an estimated $3.5 billion net worth.
