Arras gave Mr. Popo, Kami's loyal attendant and martial arts master, his Italian voice throughout multiple Dragon Ball eras. He voiced the character across the original Dragon Ball anime, the Dragon Ball Z series, and Dragon Ball GT, providing consistency to the enigmatic guardian's Italian dialogue across decades of the franchise.
