Business as Usual is a breather chapter of Vigilantes, following a routine night in Naruhata. Underwear thieves, a naked man with swan wings, and a long-range groper all cross paths with The Crawler, Pop☆Step, and a Knuckleduster who barely has to try.
Kazuho Haneyama is at Koichi Haimawari's penthouse replaying a recording of the show he made, showing off the three fan letters that came her way. She asks where Knuckleduster has gone, wanting somebody to gloat to, since her Pop☆Step identity stays hidden from friends and family.
Elsewhere in Naruhata, three siblings known as the Sturm und Drang Brothers weave through a crowd on their Glide and Slide Quirk, snatching underwear as they go. A furious mob gives chase. The trio close on one more woman, who leaps clear and pulls off a disguise to reveal Pop☆Step. Koichi arrives as The Crawler and twice tries to sweep their legs out, and twice they hop over him. Knuckleduster settles the matter in seconds, and as the two heroes back away, the mob descends on the flattened brothers.
On a nearby rooftop a man in a trench coat approaches Pop☆Step and declares that he holds just one wish, to rise up into the open air. He drops the coat, revealing nothing underneath, and takes off on large swan wings. She is startled badly enough to fall, landing on The Crawler, who explains the Quirk only functions while its owner is nude. The flier climbs too high, drops into the crowd, and picks himself up for another attempt before Knuckleduster snatches him and binds him to a lamppost. Not far off, another man is using his Quirk to grope women from a distance with no contact at all, and Knuckleduster flattens him too. Invited back to the penthouse, he begs off as too busy and vanishes down an alleyway.
Pop☆Step baits the underwear thieves into the open, and Knuckleduster puts all three down while The Crawler's attempts fail.
A nude flier with the Swan Quirk and a long-range groper are both handled by Knuckleduster.
Knuckleduster turns down Koichi's invitation and disappears alone.
