This non-canon Paramecia appears in the anime's Silver Mine filler and belongs to the antagonist Breed. Its power lets the eater dominate any creature by tagging it with a slimy green collar and then dictating its movements. The name plays on the Japanese rendering of the word pet, fitting Breed's habit of calling everything he controls his pet.

Breed dreams of pairing the fruit with artificial SMILE fruits to turn every human alive into animals and enslave them outright.

The collar oozes from Breed's hand as a green slime that he places or hurls onto a target's neck. Once it sets, he can puppet that body against its owner's will simply by barking commands, and he can even draw out a captive's full strength to borrow as his own. Clamping a collar on himself and ordering himself around unlocks his own peak power, glowing bright red as it does, and his orders can also make subjects float. Unusually, the collars keep working underwater without trouble.

The flaws are numerous. The collars are thrown objects, so a fast, alert opponent can dodge them. Breed governs the body but never the mind, leaving captives free to plot escapes, and a target must actually hear and understand an order for it to land, which fails against earplugs or commands spoken too quietly. Strong enough willpower can also refuse an instruction, and if Breed is knocked out, every collar already placed shatters and vanishes. The fruit grants no offense or defense of its own, and the ordinary Devil Fruit weaknesses still apply to the user.

Breed is the only eater. He leashes a range of beasts, from a kung-fu dugong to Chopper, and proves he can collar humans as well, snaring Luffy, Law, and Caesar Clown. The power is frequently likened to Tama's later canonical Kibi Kibi no Mi, though that fruit brainwashes its targets into willing obedience while this one merely hijacks the body and leaves the mind alert. Its hearing-based limitation echoes the weaknesses of the sound fruits used by Scratchmen Apoo and Uta.
