While Joseph and Avdol chase Mariah elsewhere, a restless Jotaro and Polnareff stumble onto a new hunter in the streets of Luxor. The assassin Alessi wields Sethan, a shadow that strips years from anyone it touches, and Polnareff soon finds himself shrunk into a helpless child.
As Joseph and Muhammad Avdol keep after Mariah, Jotaro and Jean Pierre Polnareff wait around with growing impatience. Polnareff watches some kids playing in the mud with a wistful eye, while Jotaro proposes hunting down their missing companions in case a foe has cornered them. Iggy, for his part, wanders off alone.
Unknown to the pair, they too have drawn a predator: Alessi, master of the shadow Stand Sethan. His temper erupts the instant a muddy boy bumps into him, and he beats the child on learning his father is away. Sensing something wrong, Polnareff breaks off to confront the stalker by himself. Alessi feigns innocence until Silver Chariot appears, at which point Sethan strikes from the ground and grazes the Frenchman before he can leap clear.
Chasing Alessi through the back alleys, Polnareff notices the buildings towering strangely above him. A glance in a mirror confirms the truth: Sethan has regressed him into a small boy. Jotaro passes right by without recognizing his friend, handing Alessi the opening to attack. Cornered and shot at, Polnareff survives only because his Silver Chariot has aged down alongside him and deflects the rounds, though the shrunken Stand is badly outmatched. Luck saves him when Chariot's snapped blade lodges in Alessi's shoulder, and the boy flees.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
A kindly woman mistakes the shrunken Polnareff for a lost child and brings him home for a bath, where he happily forgets his peril at the sight of her. Alessi has not given up, though. He slips into the bathroom, catches the boy off guard, and swings his axe as the episode cuts away. A recap of the Mariah battle and a moment of Iggy stealing a falafel were added for the adaptation.
Alessi first appears as the villain in Set's Alessi, Part 1, the thirty-second episode of Stardust Crusaders, where he ambushes Jotaro and Polnareff in Luxor using his shadow Stand Sethan.
Alessi's Stand, Sethan, is a shadow that strips years off anyone it touches, regressing its victims into younger versions of themselves.
Polnareff is grazed by Sethan while confronting Alessi and discovers in a mirror that he has been regressed into a small boy, with his Stand Silver Chariot shrinking and weakening alongside him.
Polnareff survives because his shrunken Silver Chariot deflects Alessi's gunfire, and Chariot's snapped blade lodges in Alessi's shoulder, forcing the assassin to flee.
A kindly woman mistakes the shrunken Polnareff for a lost child and brings him home for a bath, unaware that Alessi is still stalking him.
