Yuta Okkotsu is a key supporting figure and the lead of the prequel Jujutsu Kaisen 0. Formerly a cursed human shadowed by his dead friend Rika Orimoto, he rose into a special grade ranked just below Satoru Gojo, gifted with the rare ability to copy other cursed techniques.
When Yuta first arrived as a freshman, his whole bearing gave away how much strain he was under, his slumped posture nervous and dark rings shadowing his eyes from too little sleep. This young man's eyes are a dark blue, set under a tangle of black hair that, by his second year, had loosened from its earlier spiky shape into a calmer cut. A suit served as his old-school uniform, traded for casual long-sleeves and dark green trousers off campus, and once he moved to Tokyo Jujutsu High he was issued a loose white jacket with forearm-length sleeves, slim black pants, and matching white sneakers, a katana case frequently slung on his back. Copying Kenjaku's technique to temporarily transfer his brain into Gojo's body left a stitched scar ringing his head. Decades on, an elderly Yuta wore a dark haori over a lighter kimono with tabi and zori.
In childhood Yuta was achingly shy and alone, frequently bullied and walled off by Rika's haunting, which drained his confidence and made plain conversation a struggle. Even so, his feeling for others ran deep, and he picked solitude rather than chance harming them. A blunt jab from Maki Zenin about his goalless drifting jolted him into finding purpose as a sorcerer, and as friendships formed he warmed into someone far more social without losing his tenderness. Having people to live for gave him direction, and guarding them became his purpose, one he would defend in a terrifying fury, as he did against Suguru Geto.
Back from overseas training, Yuta put on a cold, indifferent mask and consented to execute Yuji Itadori, the entire performance a ruse to keep Yuji safe from the higher-ups on Gojo's behalf; he halted Yuji's heart and revived it on the spot with reverse cursed technique. He feels for Yuji, who shouldered the same sentence of execution over a power he could not rein in, and holds nothing against him for Sukuna's crimes. Across the Culling Game he weighed selflessness against ruthlessness, shielding civilians as their guardian yet cutting down hazardous players when he had to. He reached out to enemies like Takako Uro and Ryu Ishigori, and reckons himself blessed to have both friends and the power to keep them safe. Morally gray tactics do not deter him either: he floated taking over Gojo's body if Gojo were to die, vowing to turn monster for the win and assuring Gojo he need not carry that weight by himself.
Counted among the four acknowledged special grade sorcerers, Yuta earned the rank on the sheer might of Rika's vengeful spirit. He started a raw beginner unable to govern his cursed energy, propped up by Maki until a desperate instant let him fully manifest Rika and free everyone snared by a curse. Months of sword work with Maki and bruising field experience matured him into a prodigy whose power and oddball abilities lag only behind Gojo's. By his return from training with Miguel abroad, large cursed spirits fell to him with little effort, and his mere presence rattled strong sorcerers such as Yuji, Choso, and Naoya. He bested a self-restraining Yuji, slew the incarnated sorcerer Dhruv Lakdawalla, and squared off against Kurourushi, Uro, and Ryu in the Culling Game, with Ryu finally hailing their bout the finest he had ever fought.
His cursed energy capacity, traced to his bloodline from Michizane Sugawara, tops even Gojo's, and his reinforcement outstrips that of an elite sorcerer, letting him match the superhuman power and speed of Yuji while clouding his attacks. He is a virtuoso of reverse cursed technique, able to pour positive energy into others, a feat that escapes even Gojo. The innate technique Copy lets him replicate the techniques of anyone whose body parts Rika has eaten, the mightier ones requiring more vital parts. By it he has borrowed Toge Inumaki's Cursed Speech, Dhruv's shikigami, Uro's Sky Manipulation, Charles Bernard's precognitive G Warstaff, Sukuna's Shrine, the Angel's Technique Extinguishment, and even Kenjaku's brain transplant, which handed him Gojo's Limitless and Six Eyes. His domains span Authentic Mutual Love, a field of katanas and ropes whose sure-hit is a copied technique, and Unlimited Void, won through Gojo's body. The original Rika Orimoto, named the Queen of Curses, became a vengeful spirit the day a young Yuta unwittingly cursed her death; after her soul moved on, her cursed shell lingered with him as a distinct entity that warehouses his copied techniques and tools.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
