Chapter 199 of Jujutsu Kaisen, Resentful Names, has a victorious Maki passing family wisdom to Noritoshi. Over at the Tokyo No. 1 Colony, a woken Megumi cuts a deal with the Angel before Sukuna names himself their quarry.
Her fight won, Maki rejoins Noritoshi and shares advice forged from their matching family wounds. Across the country, odd alliances begin forming when Megumi at last wakes after sleeping two whole days.
Maki returns to the hurt but conscious Noritoshi and gives the others credit for downing Naoya. Noticing he seems off, she coaxes out his sense of worthlessness over being cast from the Kamo clan and his rift with his mother. She tells him to speak with his mother while he still can, confessing she killed her own before any reconciliation, and walks him to safety. His mother, meanwhile, speaks warmly of him to her family, admitting she chose a forbidden name in hopes it would steer him back to her.
Over at the Tokyo No. 1 Colony, Megumi finally stirs after two days and is met by Hana Kurusu, with Yuji and Takaba close by. Once he bathes, he hears how Yuji blundered into Takaba's explosive duel against Hazenoki, joined forces, and found Megumi being hauled off unconscious by Hana. Yuji shows that with their allies the group holds 359 points, plenty to rescue Tsumiki. Megumi asks to spend Hana and Takaba's points, then questions why a rival player would aid him and whether Hana is the Angel sought from the Tokyo No. 2 Colony.
A mouth blooms on Hana's cheek and replies that the Angel lives apart from her, sharing the same body. Their innate technique, Technique Extinguishment, cancels barriers, which is how Hana slipped out of the No. 2 colony after Kashimo had cleared most of its players. The Angel targets every incarnated player, judging incarnation a crime against the host's mind. They cannot safely undo a possession, since the fused cursed object would probably kill the person, but they confirm they can break the seal on the Prison Realm. In return the Angel wants a single favor: destroying the Disgraced One. Right then Sukuna drags Yuji into his innate domain and declares himself to be the Disgraced One.
