Ishilly

Freckles dot the face of this mermaid, whose tail bears black and white stripes. Her wavy dark hair is tied into two pigtails finished with flowered ribbons, the bangs swept mostly to one side. A starfish pendant hangs at her throat, and she wears a striped bikini top of matching black and white with a flower set at its center.

Cheerful and lively like the other mermaids, Ishilly greets Luffy's group warmly and delights in swimming alongside Sanji, growing fond of the cook and fretting over him when a tremendous nosebleed nearly drains him. Her curiosity proves costly: she volunteers to crack open the sealed barrel hiding Caribou, never stopping to think it might have been locking something dangerous inside, a slip that leads to her abduction.

Ishilly is first seen at the Mermaid Cove greeting the four companions Camie has brought along, that being Luffy, Sanji, Chopper, and Usopp, and she enjoys Sanji's company in the water. When the three princes come looking for the Straw Hats, she shields Sanji against herself, the embarrassment of which triggers his blood loss and her panic. After the others rush Sanji off for treatment, she stays worried for him. Soon she, Fillonce, and another mermaid pry open a tightly bolted barrel out of curiosity, releasing Caribou, who seizes all three with the Numa Numa no Mi, making them the first to vanish in his mermaid abduction scheme. Once the New Fish-Man Pirates are beaten, the captives turn up safe in Ryugu Palace, and that night Ishilly dances at the banquet for the Straw Hats before joining the others to see the crew off. She is later glimpsed swimming at sea during Vegapunk's broadcast.
