Lulis

Her tail glows orange-red and is marked with paler zig-zag bands, while her wavy orange hair falls mostly straight before curling at the tips. Up top she wears a red bikini trimmed in gold, and a diving mask with a snorkel rides on her head like a headband. Since breathing underwater comes naturally to mermaids, those are almost certainly just for show.

Warm and gentle in the way of her kind, Lulis comes across as playful and fond of fun. She shares her friends' soft spot for Sanji, and she marveled when Luffy's Conqueror's Haki made the Sea Bear back down without a struggle.

Being a mermaid grants her the race's traits: she can breathe beneath the sea, very likely call to fish through sonar though it has not been shown, and swim at speeds outpacing even the Flying Fish Riders' mounts, while remaining defenseless on land. She is also a capable dancer, performing at the banquet thrown for the Straw Hats. Lulis first appeared in Mermaid Cove greeting the crew Camie had brought along, and when the princes came asking about the trespassers the mermaids hid them, until Sanji's nosebleed and Hammond's attack gave the secret away. She, Ishilly, and Fillonce were soon abducted by Caribou after opening the barrel that held him, but the three were eventually found unharmed in the Ryugu Palace. Once the war with the New Fish-Man Pirates ended, she danced at the palace banquet honoring the Straw Hats and saw them off toward the New World.
