Moko Tamashi

Brown hair falls to Moko's shoulders, matched by brown eyes. Both of her legs carry scarring, left behind by the injuries she took at the Kamino Incident.

The record on Moko is thin, but her gratitude toward All Might for pulling her out of Kamino is plain. What separates her from much of the public is that the Paranormal Liberation War never shook her trust in Heroes. Stain later reveals the habit that proves it: she goes out every single day to strip the graffiti off All Might's statue, accepting the danger that comes with it, because her faith in him and in the rest of the profession has not moved.

During the rematch between All Might and All For One, Moko was pinned under the wreckage of a collapsed building. All For One lined up an air blast on her, and All Might absorbed the hit rather than let it reach her, a decision that drained him back into his true frame in front of the world. She was among the crowd shouting for him to keep going, and Tiger carried her out once the other Heroes arrived.

Society had come apart by the time she turns up again in Kamino, Yokohama, where Stain hustles her and All Might behind a slab of ice during their meeting. She grumbles that someone has stuck the "I am not here" sign back on the statue and wonders when people will tire of the game, then uses her Quirk to get up there, tears it off, and starts cleaning. Stain explains who she is and what she does daily, guessing she is housed at a nearby evacuation shelter and tending the statue to hold the mood there together. All Might cannot understand why anyone would take that risk until Stain names her as his last rescue, evidence that his legacy outlived his career. As Stain departs, leaving the Tartarus intelligence behind, Moko remarks that the rain has let up.

Still at the evacuation center during the Final War, she watches the broadcast of Japan's remaining Heroes against All For One's army, including Izuku Midoriya's clash with Tomura Shigaraki at Mt. Fuji and the reinforcements that arrive to back him up. As Izuku pushes through the barrage of Quirks with Heroes shielding him, she yells at him to do his best.

Her unnamed Quirk generates a spherical mass out of the soles of her feet, and she can stack further spheres onto the ones already made, which is how she reaches high places. Whether her feet are the only launch point has never been established.
