A stray puppy turns up in the Class 1-A dorms and instantly wins every girl in the building, which is exactly the problem for Minoru Mineta. His scheme to trade places with the dog goes about as well as one would expect in this Team-Up Missions comedy chapter.
Inside Heights Alliance, Minoru complains to Denki that a heroics education at somewhere like U.A. was supposed to come with a girlfriend attached, someone to keep him warm through the night. Warm liquid duly lands on him and briefly soothes his temper, until Denki reluctantly points out that a small dog is relieving itself on a potted plant directly above him. Minoru demands to know why there is a puppy indoors at all. Ochaco, Tsuyu, Kyoka, Mina, and Toru turn up to move the animal somewhere more appropriate, and the sight of the girls fussing over it sours his mood further.
The dog is a female who somehow wandered onto campus, and the girls intend to mind her until an owner surfaces. Ochaco supplies the name Omochi. Tenya settles the housing question: the puppy's sex means she cycles through the girls' rooms and nowhere else, which leaves Minoru both excluded from the care duty he did not want and thoroughly aggrieved. Then an idea arrives, and he grins.
He calls it Operation: Woof-Win. Minoru dresses himself as the dog, lifts her out of the cage, climbs in himself, and settles down to await the same doting attention. He falls asleep waiting. Meanwhile Tenya fields a call from someone hoping to adopt Omochi. A few classmates gather outside Heights Alliance to meet the prospective owners, two people who arrive claiming the puppy, and the carrier is passed along without anyone checking inside, sleeping Minoru and all. The adopters say their farewells and leave while the girls dissolve into tears over losing a dog they had only just grown attached to.
Omochi, a stray female puppy found on U.A. grounds, is taken in by the Class 1-A girls and named by Ochaco.
Tenya rules that the puppy's sex means she rotates between the girls' rooms, cutting Minoru out entirely.
Minoru launches Operation: Woof-Win, disguising himself as the puppy and taking her place in the cage.
Tenya receives an adoption offer, and the classmates unknowingly hand the sleeping, disguised Minoru over to the new owners.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....

Chapter 10 of My Hero Academia: Team-Up Missions is a comedy chapter in which a stray puppy named Omochi turns up in the Class 1-A dorms and wins over every girl in the building. Minoru Mineta, left out of the puppy's care, hatches a scheme to disguise himself as the dog to get the same attention.
Omochi is a stray female puppy who wanders onto U.A. High School's campus and is taken in by the Class 1-A girls, who care for her until an owner can be found. Ochaco Uraraka is the one who gives her the name Omochi.
Operation: Woof-Win is Minoru Mineta's scheme to disguise himself as the puppy Omochi and take her place in her cage so the Class 1-A girls will dote on him instead. The plan backfires when he falls asleep and is unknowingly handed over to a couple who arrive to adopt Omochi.
Minoru Mineta is excluded because Tenya Ida rules that Omochi, being a female puppy, should only cycle through the girls' rooms in the dorm. This leaves Minoru shut out of the care duty entirely and fuels his jealousy toward the dog.
Chapter 10 of My Hero Academia: Team-Up Missions was written and illustrated by Yoco Akiyama. The 31-page chapter appeared in the March 2021 issue of Saikyo Jump, dated February 4, 2021.
