Chapter 115 (Vigilantes)

The detonation throws Koichi across the sky, and he scrambles to right himself. All For One watches what he calls a portrait of hell as the assembled Anonymous burn out, every Bomber cell pouring its power into Number 6, and he asks whether this is what his pupil considers a true hero. Clinging to the face of a building and wondering where all the villains went, Koichi gets his answer when a colossal monster rises up and drives a fist through the structure he is holding.

He comes down hard in the debris and finds his right leg broken. The giant plants a foot beside him, and the shockwave hurls him into more wreckage, snapping his left arm and cracking his ribs. With his opponent winding up another punch and standing no longer an option, Koichi drags himself clear using the one arm and one leg still working, and takes cover inside a nearby building.

Catching his breath, he inventories the damage: two broken limbs, fractured ribs, burns, scrapes, bruises, and steady blood loss. It is bad. He fixes on the helicopter still circling overhead and hopes All Might arrives before he runs out. Outside, All For One remarks that their quarry has turned into quite the hide-and-seek champion, awkward to reach while he sits under a building, then asks what the plan is.

Number 6 takes stock of his own condition. The combustion has left him roasting with nothing to breathe, the same sensation he carried away from Endeavor's Hellflame. His skull, though, burns hotter than any flame could, and he decides the time has come to let that internal fire out, becoming Number 6: Destruction Style. The result delights All For One, who notes that his pupil has landed on the same conclusion as an old acquaintance, reducing everything to dust through sheer overwhelming violence, as the building is pounded into nothing.

Number 6 absorbs the Bomber cells of the surviving Anonymous and becomes a gigantic form called Destruction Style.

Koichi suffers a broken leg, a broken arm, and fractured ribs, and takes shelter inside a building while waiting for All Might.

All For One compares Number 6's conclusion to that of an old acquaintance, framing raw destruction as the answer.

Number 6, now resembling All Might in scale, obliterates the building Koichi is hiding in.

Titled Treatise on Power, and given as Conclusion to Power in the chapter's opening line, this nineteen-page installment was released on December 11, 2021. It is collected in Volume 14 and belongs to the Naruhata Lockdown arc, sitting between Chapter 114 and Chapter 116.

Before the volume release, the chapter went out under the shorter title Ketsuron, meaning Conclusion.
