Summary

Above ground, Detective Eizo Tanuma holds the backup units in place until O'Clock resurfaces, then notices the gas from below seeping out through the door and wonders what has gone wrong down there.

Inside, the gas keeps every Quirk it touches raging out of control. O'Clock clocks the staff wearing gas masks and concludes the whole event serves somebody's scheme. He takes three masks, passing two to Rumi Usagiyama and Kendo Rappa along with a prop gun that still fires a few rounds.

His plan is simple: the driveway is the only way out, so he intends to plow through everyone standing between them and it. Because of the strange mist, he asks the other two to go ahead and draw attention as bait before he moves. They want to know whether they can punch and kick freely, and he tells them to go easy since most of the crowd are ordinary civilians. Rumi accepts readily, Rappa less so.

The pair wade in while O'Clock hangs back, aware that Overclock is much harder to use with a mask on, and spots the mist forming again. Working out that its user is not physically present, he shoots out the security cameras and blinds them.

In the control room, All For One watches with surprise, weighing the chance of failure, and turns to Kurogiri for counsel. His assistant reminds him of the asset already placed in the field. The hooded figure squares up, and Rappa gladly answers with a flurry of punches, all of which the man dodges without effort before stretching an arm out and putting him down. Rumi springs in with a heavy kick, and he extends a leg instead, knocking her straight into Rappa. As his arm stretches again to grab them, O'Clock arrives and carves it up with a knife until it bursts. He tells the two to stand by, recognizing that the limb can heal, and prepares to keep fighting, while the hooded figure names him as O'Clock.
