Amado walks the group through what Ada and Daemon are capable of. Boruto doubts that Daemon truly bounces back any hostile intent, but Kawaki puts it to the test and takes a hit simply for wishing him harm. When Naruto asks how such gifts came to exist, Amado insists he is only a man who moved existing powers from one body into another, claiming none of them as his own invention. He traces their source to Shibai Ōtsutsuki, a being who climbed to divinity by devouring one Chakra Fruit after another and cheating death through Kāma, leaving behind nothing but a corpse. Splicing DNA drawn from those remains can, now and then, pass one of Shibai's talents to whoever receives it. Katasuke tells Shikamaru he cannot vouch for the science, though the airship and Kawaki's own body push him to entertain the idea. Bristling at the distrust, Amado stresses that these feats belong to neither ninjutsu nor senjutsu but are sacred marvels he names shinjutsu, framing the shinobi arts as a mere imitation, a claim that stings Sarada.

Amado ties the same divine label to certain powers wielded by Isshiki and Code, Kāma among them. Pressed on why Shibai could have died when Kāma grants unending life, he confesses ignorance and floats the notion that the god outgrew his need for a body and simply cast it aside. His real motive then surfaces: this god-tier power offers him a path to revive his daughter. Delta approaches and asks to see Ada, but Sarada, watching how deeply the woman's charm has already taken hold, refuses, and Sumire speaks the code that shuts Delta down. That Ada's pull can override Delta's very programming unsettles them all. Amado lays his grief bare, recounting how his daughter Akebi succumbed twelve years earlier to an untreatable illness. Rather than chase a cure, he preserved her brain, drew her memories into digital form, and grew her a cloned body, producing Delta nine months later, an identical shell that carried every memory yet housed an entirely foreign personality. Repeated failures to truly bring Akebi back eventually broke him, and it was then that Isshiki, wearing Jigen's face, dangled a reunion with his daughter in return for his help.

Only later did Amado grasp that Isshiki's aim would ruin the planet and render Akebi's return pointless, yet the wish never faded. Kāma's resurrection, he realized, does precisely what he always wanted for her, so he loaded her data into Kawaki's rebuilt seal, hoping to one day place her in a fresh cloned body. Boruto admits he had pictured something far darker, while Shikamaru, still wary, turns to Ada for confirmation. Momoshiki reaches into Boruto's thoughts, a link now possible since Boruto was restored with his data, and urges secrecy from Kawaki while airing his own doubts. He vouches for the account of Shibai and, drawing on his knowledge of every surviving shinjutsu, confirms that the Senrigan qualifies while Ada's charm does not. Ada verifies that Akebi lived and died just as described. A sudden vision then strikes Boruto, showing his allies hunting Kawaki, and Ada catches the look on his face.
