Zou Zou no Mi, Model: Mammoth

Belonging to Jack, one of Kaidou's three top lieutenants, this fruit sits in the elephant branch of the Ancient Zoan class and allows its bearer to shift into a mammoth, either wholly or in a blended body. Because the creature it draws on is prehistoric, the strength it grants outstrips that of a run-of-the-mill Zoan. English materials label it the Eleph-Eleph Fruit and tag the model as Mammoth within the Ancient Zoan grade.

Taking the complete beast shape inflates Jack, already gigantic, into a colossal mammoth able to raze whole buildings with one arc of the trunk and to stamp foot-shaped pits into the earth wherever it walks. The Ancient Zoan pedigree lends power above an everyday Zoan, yet all that mass makes the beast crushingly heavy and sluggish, unable to slip away from swift strikes. Nekomamushi turned that flaw against Jack by catching hold of the trunk and slamming him down before he could respond.

Odd for a Zoan, the hybrid shape is centaur-like, standing on four mammoth legs beneath a human upper body crowned by a mammoth's head, trunk, and tusks. This build runs smaller and faster than the full beast, freeing Jack to swing his shotel blades while pouring the fruit's might into his swordwork. Being a fish-man, he can stay awake and breathe beneath the waves for as long as he likes, although the fruit's curse pins him motionless while he is submerged.

Jack is the fruit's sole eater, having consumed it somewhat under two decades before the present timeline. It arrived as the second Ancient Zoan revealed in the series, following X Drake's allosaurus power, and it was the first fruit of that grade shown eaten by a member of the fish-men. Its debut came by way of a flashback, and it also became the first Ancient Zoan given even a partial name on the page, since Nekomamushi had already placed it within the Zou Zou no Mi family back during the events at Zou.
