Built heavy and round, Aveyron sports green hair beneath a conductor's cap and a black beard along his jaw. His outfit copies a railway worker's uniform in blue and orange, paired with a green tie, black trousers, and a gold whistle hung at his neck. Strapped upside down across his back is a chest lid that doubles as a weapons cache. Because he keeps his fruit power switched on at all times, his real hands and feet never show, replaced permanently by wheels.

He commits fully to the train conductor act, rolling along the mine's tracks while blasting a whistle and reciting station-style announcements as he closes in on a target. He even mimics the clattering rhythm of a train rattling down its rails. Beyond the gimmick, he is fiercely devoted to Bill, treating his post in the mines with grim seriousness. Intruders and would-be escapees are killed without hesitation, and he proved ready to cut down his own ally Desire the moment Bill ordered it.

Aveyron consumed the Koro Koro no Mi, a Paramecia fruit that converts his hands and feet into rail wheels, letting him roll at speed and deliver charging attacks. He bolsters this with gear like headlights and the storage compartment on his back, and he never leaves his transformed state given the mine's abundance of track. His arsenal includes a deep stockpile of bombs he hurls in rapid bursts, plus three retractable cannons mounted in the back compartment. He once swung a large silver hammer until Luffy wrecked it, and he wields a custom drill from Bill capable of punching through one of Bill's silver spheres when spun with his power. When Luffy, Bartolomeo, and Desire dropped into the mine, Bill sent him to deal with them; he chased the pirates with relentless bombing and drill strikes, but Bartolomeo's barrier track launched him skyward and Luffy finished him off. Silver Mine later sank beneath the sea, leaving his fate uncertain.
