Briscola

A heavily built fighter, Briscola sports vivid yellow hair clustered into triangular tufts along with bushy sideburns. The word "Bris" is inked across his right pectoral, and a scar runs from his right temple over his forehead down to that eye. His outfit pairs dark trousers with a fur-collared cape, frilled shoulder guards that each carry a single spike, and a belt whose chain hangs at his right leg, rounded off with knee protection, one glove, and dark boots. Drawing the most notice is the gorilla jutting from his left arm, the product of the Gorilla SMILE he consumed.

Defense of those beneath him runs deep in Briscola, and he flew into a rage when Luffy and Sanji struck down his subordinates, answering with overwhelming force. Mockery of his gorilla offended him, and he demanded to be told how else such an ape was supposed to sprout. Confidence in the raw might of his crew defined him until Tama's Kibi Kibi ability brought him under her sway, after which he discarded those former convictions and pledged himself to her.

His Shinuchi standing places lower-ranking Beasts Pirates members under his command. The Gorilla SMILE he ate lets an ape grow out of his left hand, a creature whose blows can crater the ground and which strikes at blistering speed. His signature move, which translates literally as "My Fist in Gorilla Punch," has him punch in unison with the gorilla's own fist, a strike Sanji judged formidable; English releases rename it Gorilla Punch Punch. The anime also arms him with a large multi-bladed axe. During the Onigashima assault he battered the Straw Hats invading the basement, only for Jinbe to burst up through the floor with Samegawara Seiken and hurl him into the ceiling. He was later fed one of Tama's dango by Speed, and when Tama broadcast a command across the fortress, Briscola froze before rounding on his own allies.
